FUT Hair Transplant
In Follicular Unit transplantation (FUT), a strip of hair is taken or removed from the back and side of the scalp which is donor area. Then the hair follicles are removed from the strip with the stereo-microscopic dissection. After that, the hair follicles are transplanted on the affected area where hair growth is very less. Then the wound edges are closed but it leaves a very fine scar on the scalp.
