    Exercising daily helps to keep your body and mind balanced. Not only your body, but it also keeps your hairs healthy. Due to chronic stress, it gives rise to the problem of hair fall which can lead to balding. Telogen effluvium is one of the top causes of chronic stress. In this condition, the hair follicles go into the resting phase when they are premature. After that, they continue to shed instead of growing back. Another reason is poor growth which results in thinning of hairs. People who face the problem in excess should visit the doctor for hair transplant.

    Another way in which exercise and hair loss are related is through stress. When you do exercise it start building up the sweat on the scalp. Due to this, the hairs become dull and dry which automatically leads to hair fall. In some cases, if you don’t take proper care then it might increase the chances of bacterial or fungal infection.

    How To Avoid The Problem?

    Though mild exercise will not create any issue still you should be more cautious. After every workout, you should avoid washing your hairs. It is not important that every time you have to wash your hairs. Otherwise, it will take all the natural oils from the hairs and this can increase the problem even more. Use a shampoo every few days with mild pH balanced. You should also condition your hairs once a week. Wear a sweatband or keep a towel along with you when you do exercise or go to the gym. don’t tie your hairs too tightly as it can result in stress which automatically leads to hair fall.
